Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account data - name, email, and profile image when you sign in (e.g. Google).
• Content you create - social post drafts, email drafts, client notes, and scheduled items you save in the product.
• Usage & billing - credit balance, API key flags, and payment events processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
• Meta / Facebook data - if you connect Meta products, we may receive identifiers and permissions you authorize (for example Page or Instagram business account context required to publish). We only request data needed to provide publishing features you enable.

2. How we use information

• Provide AI copy generation, scheduling, and client tooling.
• Authenticate you, protect accounts, and prevent abuse.
• Publish or schedule content to platforms you connect, including Meta surfaces when you explicitly use those features.
• Process payments and customer support requests.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers that help us operate the product (hosting, database, auth, payments, and AI inference), and with social platforms when you ask us to publish. Meta receives only what is required for the actions you authorize.

4. Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active, or as needed for legal, security, and billing records. You can request deletion at any time (see User data deletion).

5. Your choices

• Update or remove an API key from your profile controls.
• Disconnect Meta / Facebook permissions from your Facebook settings at any time.
• Request account and data deletion via our User data deletion page.

6. Children

UGC Factory is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
